Can I work on a Full Service Design Project Out of State?
Of course! We love to travel + have mastered how to work remote for the majority of the project. Hannah and Caitlin work in different states together everyday!
Am I able to make changes to the design after the presentation?
Of course! We have one round of revisions to your renderings included in the flat fee for the design phase and are able to work on any additional at our hourly rate.
How will I know I like materials if we're viewing the presentation on a screen?
All materials are ordered and presented to your prior to ordering. We want you to be as confident as possible before buying anything!
How do i know we'll be a good style fit?
We show a curated style throughout our website and social media, but we have worked in every style you can imagine! Once you book, you will receive a link to a design questionnaire so we have a confident start to your design plan.
What if I need additional Renderings after the included round?
While we are confident our style questionnaire will help us understand your vision before we get started, we understand sometimes additional tweaking is needed. You have the ability to add as many revision rounds as you would like.
How do I know if I would be better fit for concepts + collections or full service design?
Concepts + Collections is the perfect fit if you need furniture or materials selected for your project, but you want to handle the ordering and project management. Think of Concepts + Collections as a "we hand you the plan" verses Full Service "we show you the end result".
