VIDEO SESSIONS
Video sessions are a great option if you want time with the Realm Design Co. team to go over floor plans, start concepts in real time, or block out time for professional answers to your design questions. We will workshop with you for the amount of time selected and get you headed in the right direction for your project!
CONCEPTS + COLLECTIONS
The perfect solution for a DIY-er or client looking for a little direction, but not needing visuals of their space or project management. Quick turnaround solution for a start in the right direction. Includes two collections of items for your space that go together as well as links for all items to purchase. A 2D layout of your space can be added if desired for proper sizing and placement of furniture.

INTRODUCTION
It's official, and we're so excited to get started! To onboard you to your design project, we'll have a design consultation, verify the scope of work, and have you complete our proposal, contract, and a fun design questionnaire if needed.
CONCEPT DESIGN
The fun begins! During the concept design stage, we create digital concept boards to help narrow down the design direction for your project. We sift through all of your inspiration and ideas then further expand on them to help bring together a cohesive plan.
DEVELOP
The design begins to come to life! In the development stage, we create 3D renderings of all spaces, hone in on furniture and finish selections, and present your design to you.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As your project begins to move into the action stage, we provide you with a contractor packet & contractor bids, purchase selected items, and schedule delivery dates!
INSTALLATION & FINAL TOUCHES
The best part! As your interior design dreams become reality, schedule + oversee furniture installation, style all spaces, break down your final project budget, and photograph your space once it's complete.

Overwhelmed dealing with contractors & gathering quotes? No worries, we love that and will handle it for you! Know what you are wanting, but have no idea how to achieve it? Ditch the stress, we don't just handle the pretty stuff - we'll project manage, budget track, and style it all at the end for that perfectly Pinterest worthy finished project.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How long do projects typically last?
A: The complete comprehensive design process takes anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the scope and size of your project. Please let us know if you are working with a tighter timeline as we are able to accommodate a number of rush projects for an additional fee.
Q: At what point in my project should I hire an interior designer?
A: At the very beginning! We love working with architects to bring another perspective to initial planning. If architectural plans are not needed for your project, it is helpful to hire us as soon as possible so we have the time needed to work through a complete design plan with you prior to your contractor starting. Our design process takes anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks and then time to order all materials, so leave plenty of time for the prep before you hope to break ground!
Q: Do you work with contractors?
A: We work with the contractors very closely once the design has been approved by you. We love working with other design professionals to create your custom space. We have a network of contractors we love to work with and would be happy to introduce you to, and are also open to meeting new people you have as well! Realm Design Co. does not provide contractor services; so independent architects and contractors hired by the client are an integral part of the process.
Q: What about budget?
A: Realm Design Co. strongly encourages all Client’s to have a budget in mind before beginning any project. We will cater our services and specifications to best serve the budget provided. Having a budget is very important for the project running smoothly and for your expectations to be met.
Q: What styles do you work with?
A: While our website and Instagram are very branded, we work on many different styles! We love a design challenge and have our process streamlined to help you bring your vision to life!
